Refunds & returns policy for online orders
The following policy applies to online orders only. If you have purchased products or services from us directly, please contact us and our friendly team will be happy to help with your query.
Cancellation before dispatch for delivery
If after placing an order from our website you decide you wish to cancel, you can do so prior to the item(s) being dispatched for delivery.
You must confirm your cancellation by calling us on 07990 573857
NOTE: do not leave a voicemail, we must speak to you in person.
Once we confirm receipt of this cancellation we will issue a full refund using your original payment method.
Returns after delivery
If you buy products from us online, your consumer rights entitle you to a full refund if you request one in writing within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods (this includes any delivery charge). It is your responsibility to return unwanted goods to us in an unused / undamaged / re-sellable condition (including packaging) at your own cost.
Faulty or damaged goods
We request that you to check your items for any damage at the point / time of delivery.
In the unlikely event of the order being supplied incomplete or goods arriving damaged in transit the buyer must notify the seller within 72 hours of delivery.
In the first instance please call us on 07990 573857 to discuss. We may request that you email photos and a description of the damage / fault. Upon receiving your email we will do our very best to rectify the issue as quickly as possible.
